X-Moto Guide

Post by Leg-Spinner 77 » Mon May 13, 2013 4:10 am

I was just thinking about the guide that philip had done on the wiki. It seems a little disorganized at the moment. So I would like to know your opinions on me making it a little neater and adding my own X-Moto guide in his topic, or should I do one separately? Feel free to raise any objections to me making a guide at all. :D

Don't edit his. You can make a separate one if you want, but whats the point?

Because there are many things I believe that he has missed out on becoming a good player. Like, he said don't think of new tricks, only focus on beating the WR route. It's a new generation of X-M players and it's vital to think in other new and faster ways. It's how you become a successful player now.

I wish, but this community is pretty dead.

So, do you think I should make one at all? Or should I scratch it?

Sure, but to edit the wiki, you need to ask Cigam to create an account for you to do it. The wiki used to let you create an account yourself, but I guess they had some restrictions of that.
You can contact me by email: darkstudiosdungeon@gmail.com, or PM me on the forums.

Also, I'm a Network and WR Admin with Unvalidation.

You can do it if you want. I'm kind of curious to see what you come up with...

I think I already have an account. :D
However, due to my busy X-M life and school, it might take some time, possibly about 3 weeks to get it fully ready for uploading.

It could possibly be a community maintained guide. that people can add onto or expand as things change in xmoto.

That would be kinda awesome, but if it does happen, we'll need to keep check on it pretty often. And make sure no bots trash it. :)

true it would be keeping a copy of it locally, but there are ways of reverting it back after changes, the wiki keeps a certain amount of previous changes incase of errors or in that case bots/spam.
