Moving Layers

Hey guys,

Are parralax layers called moving layers? If they are, could someone please help me out wif the scripting? I just can't seem to get it right...Thx in advance!

Hey. U must only go to effects / xmoto / other/ and now click install keyboard shortcuts. Now turn off inkscape and open it again. Press "A" on keyboard. Now u see the layers properties. For moving layers u have to edit "x" and "y".
