6. Water needs to flow through the level...not just on 1/4th of it, down the side in a straight line....read ^^

7. Unnecessary sprites...you don't need a door teleport...and change the finish to something other than the arrow of a checkpoint...

8. Get rid of the wreckers surrounding the finish...there are blocks guarding it, you don't need the wreckers also..and it looks gay.

This is a great list...I don't understand why you don't use it and finish the level you started...

and a little hint, after u finish gameplay, then start your gfx, meaning, ask someone to test your level (I will) and see if it is good enough, because when you make good gfx, and there are errors in gameplay, it can be annoying getting everything set back to the way it needs to be.

Thats ok, I dont mind setting gameplay but my gfx is just ridiculous xD

Wheely has been deleted as the gameplay needs to be much more interesting than bumps on a straight line.
One wheel is just too luckbased lol.

But, yeah, I wanna do a level with you :P
