development
« on: May 26, 2014, 11:14:49 AM »
Hello Everyone,

I have been playing X-moto for around 5 years now (although i still really suck at it).
Thing is, i have a few development Ideas and i would like to do those changes/improvements myself.
Could anyone please tell me how i can get access to the games Source code? Or how i can create and add the feature i would like to create and add to the game's source code?

I downloaded and unpacked the .tar package, but dont know which of the many files to open? Did I even download the right package?

I am not a Linux user, since my Ubuntu version is bugged and i'm too lazy to reinstall it.

Greetings from Germany,

Kilian

This quote was not really helping.

Information:

Please send Nicolas an email about that. He's the main developer and he knows all sources of the game.
I sent you an Private Message with his email.

Thank you.

Any feedback on that email you sent 3 years ago?
I don't see any new versions nor posts so I guess you gave up.

Until we get a good developer X-Moto is pretty much completely dead.
Did you know that the tip of a lighter flame smells like burnt nose hair?

I can't promise I'll be as good as Nicolas, but I'm now working on xmoto. Please take a look at the new branch 0.5.12!
